In his new role, Rutgersson will drive the growth strategy and business development in international freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution in Sweden, with a focus on further strengthening the contract logistics business.
Rutgersson (left) has over 20 years of logistics experience and joined Kerry Logistics (Sweden) as Head of 3PL three years ago. A key aspect of Rutgersson’s management approach is his focus on the customer experience and lean management solutions.
In the past five months, Kerry Logistics (Sweden) has restructured its administrative processes, with a view to enhancing effectiveness, quality and standardisation.
Rutgersson commented: “In Sweden, Kerry Logistics is backed by a very professional and customer-centred team that I’ve already had the pleasure of being a part of. In my previous role, I have noticed an ever-increasing demand in the field of contract logistics by our customers.
