Volga-Dnepr Group has appointed Konstantin Vekshin as Executive President, Charter Cargo Operations.
As part of Volga Dnepr's air charter business leadership strategy, Vekshin's role will be to achieve the airline’s strategic objectives. He will manage the airline's international operating bases and regional sales offices in the UK, Russia, Germany, US, UAE, China and Ireland, and build up a multinational management team for the company’s charter operation.
Vekshin's new position became effective on August 15.
