Record-breaking attendance at 9th Caspian Air Cargo Summit

Silk Way West Airlines hosted this year’s 9th edition of the Caspian Air Cargo Summit in Baku - the best attended conference in its history.

Taking place on 23-25 October at the JW Marriott Absheron Hotel, more than 400 delegates from more than 40 countries, including representatives from Silk Way participated in the event.

During the conference, current trends, challenges, and opportunities in the airfreight sector were discussed and innovative solutions for the future were explored.

Major players in the air cargo industry attending included Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, TIACA, Turkish Airlines, Rolls-Royce, GE Aerospace, ACL Airshop, Alibaba Group, Kales Group, and dnata.

All shared valuable information and updates on the future cargo aircraft and next-generation engines, and discussed sustainability and innovation in logistics and supply chains, highlighting the growing role of e-commerce in logistics and air cargo.
