In his role, Hickler will be responsible for people growth and commercial development, operations and customer experience, cash management and regulation and compliance for the Americas region.
He has worked with SEKO for 7 years in an advisory role through Ellipses Advisors, which he founded in 2012, advising CEOs and entrepreneurs.
Prior to starting his own business, Hickler served as CEO of Asia Pacific for Agility Logistics where he was responsible for more than 20 countries and 7,000 employees, and served on the Global Management Board.
Hickler was also DHL’s CEO for Global Customer Solutions, CEO of DHL Express USA, and CEO of APL Logistics, serving on the global boards of both companies.
