Silk Way West Airlines is expanding its US footprint with the addition of flights to Los Angeles International Airport.
The weekly services will provide capacity for general cargo, perishables, oversized cargo and e-commerce.
Los Angeles complements Silk Way West’s established services to Chicago and Dallas and flights to Houston, which started in April this year.
Fadi Nahas, Vice President Americas at Silk Way West, says, “We are delighted to announce the expansion of our network with the addition of Los Angeles International Airport as a new destination. The new route will greatly benefit our West Coast customers by providing freighter nose cargo load capacity and shorter transit times for US destinations west of the Continental Divide.”
