Singapore Airlines joins cargo.one platform

Singapore Airlines Cargo has expanded its digital services by signing up to the cargo.one booking platform.

Using the platform, freight forwarders can search, book, amend and track Singapore Airlines Cargo bookings in real time and collaborate with colleagues.

From July 2022, freight forwarders will have access to the airline’s capacity using the cargo.one marketplace and the partnership will give users access to popular locations including Singapore, Bangkok, Shanghai and Manila.

For data-driven decision making, Singapore Airlines Cargo will use real time data feeds and market insights and benchmarks from cargo.one360, cargo.one’s data and analytics tool.

It helps airlines to understand customer choice data and improve revenue management and pricing.
