The logistics venture of Capital A Berhad signed the contract with Wiremind to use SKYPALLET on 1 June following a successful Proof of Concept trial.
SKYPALLET is being rolled out with the SKYPALLET Version 2 deployment phase planned for when it is launched later this year.
Discussions started late last year when Teleport was looking for a digital solution to advance its capacity steering and load planning processes.
Wiremind arranged a trial period so Teleport could test SKYPALLET’s functionalities with its advanced algorithmic logic and its integration options convincing Teleport to implement the solution.
Guillermo Medina Moralejo, VP Cargo Business Development at Wiremind says Teleport’s feedback during the extended SKYPALLET trial was helpful, saying, “This has willingly been incorporated in our SKYPALLET Version 2 roadmap, and Teleport will be among the first of our customers to benefit from the upgrade. And I am proud and thankful to say, Teleport is our first customer in south east Asia. With the region’s leading logistics provider on board, Wiremind has achieved a solid milestone on its global expansion journey.”
Milan Dhingra, Chief Product Officer of Teleport, says, “With the latest addition of this upgraded dynamic load planning tool to our technology stack, we are confident that it will allow us to achieve greater automation and accuracy in our planning, which will result in better productivity and space utilisation. All of which will positively impact our customers’ experience with Teleport.”
