Tower Cold Chain strengthens American leadership team

Tower Cold Chain has strengthened its leadership team with 2 key appointments in the Americas.

Sarah Goschy has joined as Regional Commercial Manager – Americas and Sandy Richwalski has been appointed President.

Goschy, who has 20 years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector, joins from Tjoapack where she was Director of Global Business Development and in her new role will lead the Americas commercial team in delivering growth, serving customer needs and strengthening collaboration.

Richwalski, who has over 30 years of experience working for companies including Catalent, va-Q-tec and Sharp Clinical, will lead operational excellence at the Americas Centre of Excellence and work closely with the commercial team.

The appointments follow Tower Cold Chain opening its Americas Centre of Excellence in Philadelphia, a 26,000 square foot facility with warehouse space, a laboratory, product testing capabilities and a dedicated Customer Experience Center for customer training days.
