The airfreight team have been relocated from Unsworth’s headquarters in east London to better meet the needs of customers.
The branch is managed by Mick Patterson, who joined Unsworth in August from World Transport Agency.
He is supported by Symone Burt leading the Export team and Mark Sidwell leading Import operations.
Thomas Kuehn, Managing Director of Unsworth, says, “Being on-site at Heathrow places Unsworth’s airfreight team in direct contact with airlines, freight handlers, and customs officials, ensuring seamless communication and streamlined cargo movement.”
The expanded airfreight team and operations at Heathrow will help Unsworth grow with Kuehn saying, “The opening of our Heathrow branch is just the latest milestone in our mission to provide world-class logistics solutions.
