WestJet picks Kirsten de Bruijn as EVP Cargo

WestJet has named Kirsten de Bruijn as Executive Vice President – Cargo, a position she will take on later this month.

As Executive Vice President – Cargo, de Bruijn will build its dedicated cargo services and capabilities.

Joining from Qatar Airways, de Bruijn has more than 15 years of airline experience, including the air cargo sector.

At Qatar Airways, she managed its global cargo sales organisation including product development and marketing, and was responsible for the freighter network planning department.

Prior to working at Qatar Airways, she was Vice President Cargo Pricing and Interline at Emirates SkyCargo.
