Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has extended its handling services to freight forwarders in France with the acquisition of R.A. HAND.
Based at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, R.A. HAND works exclusively with French and international freight forwarding companies, providing cargo handling services, storage, distribution and delivery to airlines for 60 agency clients.
Formed in 2010, it employs over 50 staff at its 6,800m2 warehouse facility and generates €6.2m of revenue annually.
The team in Paris will work with WFS’ freight forwarders assistance team in Roissy under the leadership of Hugo Rodrigues, who has more than 26 years of airfreight industry experience and his most recent post was vice president business development EMEAA.
