Drone Delivery Canada and Volatus Aerospace have completed their 50/50 merger of equals to combine their commercial expertise and remote operations and logistics technologies.
Drone Delivery Canada and Volatus Aerospace will merge their companies in a deal which is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year.
